In his role as Test Engineering Manager, Jeff Spencer brings more than 20 years of experience to the Fusion family. Jeff applies his manufacturing and product development knowledge to our team and provides test engineering support to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.

Jeff’s personal approach to his job is to always listen to the input of others and believes in the value of diverse perspectives. Jeff loves to learn – and in his free time, he enjoys caring for his family, playing Frisbee with his rescue dog, and staying active in the Columbia Amateur Radio Association.
