Kim Phuong Thi Phan’s special attention to detail, and a conscientious approach to procedures and quality, have underwritten her 30-plus year career with Fusion. As part of her role as Documentation Control Specialist, she helps to create learning materials for new programs – and appreciates that there’s always something new to work on.

Outside of work, Kim spends time with her husband, two sons, and daughter-in-law. She enjoys arts and crafts, cooking, and gardening.
