Tom Hauge uses three words to describe his experience at the helm of the Fusion operation: exhilarating, exhausting, and enriching. He takes pride in watching his employees step up to take care of customers and fellow team members with a smile and great conviction. Tom creates mutually-beneficial relationships and outcomes by treating everyone with respect, commitment, and honesty. He believes in playing to win or not playing at all – and loves seeing the Fusion team embody this approach.

Outside of taking care of his employees, Tom enjoys hunting for the perfect beer, sailing, and spending time with his wife, Yong.
